Cancellation & Refund Policy

IG Follower offers intangible digital goods and services. Therefore, we do not issue refunds to your original payment gateway. Refunds can only be credited to your igfollowers.in account balance, which you may use for future orders. Any request for a refund to the original payment method will be denied.

IG Follower provides non-tangible, irrevocable services, and as such, we do not issue refunds once an order is completed and the service has been delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before making any purchase on our platform. However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will evaluate such cases at our discretion.

No refunds will be made to PayPal or any other external payment processor. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. The balance must be used for future orders through igfollowers.in.

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate a dispute or chargeback for any reason. If a dispute or chargeback is filed after a successful deposit, we reserve the right to:

  • Terminate all future orders.

  • Ban your account from our platform.

  • Remove any previously delivered services (followers, likes, etc.) from your or your clients’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or others.

Orders placed on igfollowers.in cannot be canceled or refunded once they are submitted. If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, a refund credit will be added to your igfollowers.in account balance.
Orders made to the wrong link, private accounts, or accounts with incorrect settings will not qualify for a refund. Please double-check your orders before submitting.

Any fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.

Important:
Do not use multiple service providers (servers) simultaneously for the same social media account or post. This may cause discrepancies in the results, and we will not refund orders affected by this behavior.

While most of our services are delivered instantly, some may require 24–48 hours depending on the order type. If you do not receive your service within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team—we are available 18 hours a day to assist you.
