2. By placing an order on our Service, you automatically accept all of the following terms of service, whether you have read them or not.
3. By placing an order on our Service, you also accept to use the Service in accordance with the terms and agreements of various social networks as stated on their respective terms of service pages. IG Follower’s rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment and return policies remain effective even if rates change.
4. By using our Service, you agree to all terms, rules, and conditions stated herein.
5. You agree that no other rules or rights apply outside those described in this agreement.
6. Continued use of the Service after any amendments signifies your agreement to the revised Terms of Service. We encourage you to check igfollower.com periodically for updates.
7. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please do not register or use our services.

About Our Service

The Service offers social media engagement services. If you use the Service as an Advertiser, you acknowledge and agree to abide by any supplementary terms applicable to your transactions. Any violation of these additional terms is also a breach of these Terms. Where inconsistencies arise, these Terms take precedence.

Services can be purchased through igfollower.com. By purchasing, you confirm:

• You have the authority to make the purchase.

• You have the right to use or access the social media account involved.

• You will not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

The Service is for enhancing the appearance of your social media presence and should only be used accordingly.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Usage of Service

1. You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
   Creating an account on behalf of a company means you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. You must not use another person’s account without permission. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. You may only advertise or link to content that complies with the law and does not promote violence, racism, or illegal acts.
4. Do not run concurrent marketing campaigns while an IG Follower campaign is active, as this may affect performance metrics. We are not responsible for engagements gained during overlapping campaigns.

Platform Rights

1. We reserve the right to reject any advertising content without providing a reason.
2. We may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes take effect upon being posted on our website.
3. All proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of the Company.
4. We may stop campaigns using prohibited advertising keywords (e.g., “igfollower.com”, “viewsta.com”, etc.) or any variation confusingly similar.
5. We reserve the right to block campaigns containing illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful content, including but not limited to malware, impersonation, phishing, fake documents, underage targeting, stolen scripts, or trademark violations.
6. We do not guarantee specific timelines for campaign completion. Any timeframes mentioned on igfollower.com or in correspondence are estimates only.

Limitation of Liability

1. We are not responsible for any actions or consequences resulting from your use of our services, including bans or removals by social networks.
2. We are not responsible for third-party services or publishers.
3. We do not guarantee user engagement, profile completeness, or retention.
4. No refunds are provided for account suspensions, content removals, or social media write-offs. We aim for high quality but cannot guarantee it.

Payment

1. You are responsible for all applicable service fees. These may include subscription charges, one-time payments, taxes, and any applicable penalties.
2. We reserve the right to charge your payment method automatically.
3. No refunds are issued after a deposit. Do not initiate chargebacks, or we may terminate your account and remove any delivered services.
4. Refunds are issued only as credits within the platform if an order is undeliverable.
5. Orders for private or deleted content, or content restricted by the platform, are non-refundable.

Affiliate and Referral Programs

1. We offer affiliate and referral programs for partners.
2. Affiliates earn a percentage from referral spending.
3. Referrals must be genuine; those sharing an IP or digital footprint with the user will not be counted.
4. Affiliates can withdraw funds once a $50 USD balance is reached, subject to 30-day processing.
5. We may update program terms at any time.

Non-Solicitation

Advertisers agree not to bypass IG Follower to directly contact publishers in our Ads Network.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for all sensitive information.
• This obligation continues after termination unless the data becomes public or is lawfully obtained elsewhere.

Cancellation

• Either party may cancel a campaign with 48 hours’ written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate immediately under circumstances including non-payment, legal violations, or insolvency.
• Inactive accounts (3+ months) will be blocked and deleted if not restored within 90 days.
• Account balance of $0 may result in automatic account termination.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use our Services under these Terms.

Entire Agreement and Variation

• We may update these Terms at any time. You are notified via email or account dashboard.
• Failure to object within 30 days constitutes acceptance.
• This document, along with our Privacy Policy and related agreements, forms the entire agreement between the parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service delays due to uncontrollable events such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, or legislative changes.

Choice of Law and Venue

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Great Britain.
• All legal matters will be handled in the courts of London, England.
